Cancellation/Transfer Policy
All seminar fees are payable 30 days prior to seminar commencement. Registrants who cancel or transfer up to 20 days prior to a seminar will receive a full refund.
Registrants who cancel or transfer within 20 days of the commencement date will forfeit 50% of the seminar fee.
Cancellations or transfers on the starting date of the seminar will forfeit the entire seminar fee.
Substitutions may be made at no cost up to two weeks prior to the seminar.
Substitutions should not be made unless sufficient time is allowed for completion of pre work.
